Do you arrange for shipping?
No, C.S. Post & Co. Interiors does not arrange for shipping, but can recommend several shippers and obtain shipping quotes to make this process as convenient as possible for you.

How do I place an item on hold?
You can place an item on hold for 24 hours by selecting the “Hold” button on the item’s page or by calling customer service, toll free (888) 419-2399. After 24 hours, your hold will be automatically released.

I saw an item on C.S. Post & Co. Interiors. Today, I can’t find it. Where did it go?
If the item is no longer visible online, it has been sold. C.S. Post & Co. Interiors typically marks an item as sold for a week before eliminating it from the site.

What is COM/COL?
COM stands for Customer’s Own Material and COL indicates Customer’s Own Leather. There is no added charge for using your own fabrics and leathers. The amount of fabric and leather required for each piece is listed. However, if your fabric has a pattern, C.S. Post & Co. Interiors strongly recommends sending a full width sample in case more fabric will be required to position the pattern appropriately for the piece. How long will it take to construct a made-to-order piece?
Using standard materials and dimensions, a made-to-order item takes 6-8 weeks from the final receipt of all COM/COL materials. However, customizing the piece from its standard dimensions and materials can take more time and you will be notified of the estimated ship date upon receiving your order confirmation.
