Freight and transit time is additional. Items cannot ship until the balance is paid in full. Failure to meet estimated lead time is not cause for cancellation.

Finishes
- Web images and tearsheets show the standard wood and finish choice for each piece and the standard pricing is based on this. Upcharges such as nail trim and COL may apply even when shown on the tearsheet.
Dimensions
- All C.S. Post & Co. Interiors furniture is handmade and subject to slight variations in dimensions. All sizes described have been measured as accurately as possible. While every effort is made to manufacture pieces to the specific dimensions ordered, there is no guarantee that some slight differences may not occur.
Customer's Own Material (COM) / Customer's Own Leather (COL)
- All COM/COL should be shipped freight prepaid to:
C.S. Post & Co.
ATTN: C. Mraz
1338 W. Gladstone St.
Azusa, CA 91702
- COM/COL shipped to an address other than the above will cause additional freight charges, which will be added to the final invoice, to cover the expense of shipping the COM/COL to the correct address.
- COM/COL must be identified as follows:
- Customer’s name/Design firm
- Contact information including name, address and phone
- Purchase order number
- Item Reference Number to which fabric is to be applied
- Name, address and phone of fabric supplier
- Fabric style, name, number and color identification
- Fabric that arrives with insufficient identification may cause delays in production.
Receipt and Inspection of COM/COL
- Fabric, which is found to be defective, will be returned to the supplier or sender. You will be notified that the fabric cannot be used before retuning the fabric to the supplier or sender.
- Claims for flaws, imperfections or other discrepancies in the fabric furnished by the customer cannot be honored. C.S. Post & Co. Interiors makes every effort to catch any flaws before cutting the fabric, but cannot be held responsible if defects are discovered after cutting or applying the fabric.
COM Yardage Requirement
- Yardage requirements shown under an individual style number are for plain 54" wide upholstery fabric. If your fabric has a repeat and/or is less than 54" wide, please use the COM chart to determine the additional yardage.
- Please Note: The chart shown below is intended as a guide only. It has proven to be accurate in the majority of COM yardage requirements. However, it is based on the normal layouts of most upholstery fabrics. If your pattern has an irregular layout or if the pattern does not center on the half width (or the full width), then additional yardage will be needed.
- For patterns with one repeating motif centered in the middle of the width of fabric, the yardage shown for 36" width must be used.
- Should you require specific yardage on any C.S. Post & Co. piece, please submit a full width sample of the fabric with a full repeat and the model number to which you want it applied, and C.S. Post & Co. will supply the yardage requirement.

COM Application
Fabric Backing
- Loosely woven fabric may require backing to facilitate processing as determined by the upholsterer. If fabric backing is recommended, a memo stating the charges will be mailed to the design firm for approval. Approval for fabric and backing can be mailed or faxed back to C.S. Post & Co., 211 W. Mill, Plainville, KS 67663 or fax (785) 434-2058.
Customer's Own Leather (COL)
- All COL must be suitable for the intended upholstery and/or trim application. If not, additional charges may apply or a reselection of another leather, fabric or trim detail (e.g. nail trim) may be necessary. If you have concerns regarding the suitability of a specific leather for a particular application, please submit a sample.
- All COL hides must be rolled for shipment to C.S. Post & Co. in a neat, orderly manner, avoiding creases and excessive roll marks. Additionally, many types of leather have variations that are inherent or natural to that specific leather. C.S. Post & Co. Interiors does not consider these defects and will incorporate these natural variations into the upholstery unless specifically instructed otherwise.
